This past week has been a non forgettable one. First Ruby and Cheryl where at mom and dads and we all could not wait to see them. But before we get to see them we had a very intresting beginning of the week.
Monday got up and got the two big kids off too school. Then got ready and go the othere three ready for going to town for their shots. Only two where getting them but we all had to go. so on the road by 8:30am get to town around 9am. I got the first one down who is our youngest Holly. she did really well did not cry that much. then came Jamie who is 4 years old. He started to cry not just cry but bawl because he did not want to get any needles. Then to my surprise Hugh show up which was a life saver because Jamie would not sit with me so Hugh held him. He had to get two so the nurse put them both in, in one arm. And that is just this morning. Then we go to the grocery store and buy supplies for baking christmas treats. yummy. And then we go home. it was cold that day i think when i was driving to town it was -35 but wiht the wind chill it was -47. Yah cold.
So we clean the house and then the other kids come home and Katelyn had a bloody nose. well the teachers at school did not seem to think that it was broken but i thought different. So i waited until hugh came home from work and told him. which katelyns nose was still bleeding. so he decided to take her in just in case. and sure enough it was broken. The swelling has gone down but what a day.
the rest of the week went fine. katelyn stayed home for one day and then went the next three days. because she did not want to miss the christmas concert and she also did nto want to miss her party at school . i went and helped in justins class and we did a red nose reindeer. turned out so cute and the kids had fun. well that was the most interesting week we had. we did get to see ruby and that was lots of fun to see her and auntie cheryl and we are happy that uncle justin got here safely here too.
the kids did wonderful at the christmas concert and they where so cute. i just cant believe that it is christmas already. but i am all done my shopping. spent a little more then i wanted to o but everything will work out. can not wait for everyone to open their gifts. so merry christmas to all and to all a great holiday.
